What are soft tampons? Basically, it is a small, pink menstrual sponge made of ultra-soft foam, usually shaped like a heart. The organic shape carefully fits into the sensitive female anatomy and makes soft tampon use comfortable and intuitive. The indicated heart shape makes the period sponge slimmer at the tip for easy insertion. The two wings pulled down form a hollow on the underside. This is where you put your finger on when you slide the tampon into place.

Removing tampons without a string - this is also very easy : To remove soft tampons, there is an integrated grip tab in the body, which you can grip with just one finger. If you prefer, you can otherwise pull out the menstrual sponge with your index finger and thumb on one of the two pulled-down wings.
