Refund policy

Lightspeed Love are happy to accept returns if you find your purchase to be unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.

However, due to the nature of adult toys and accessories, health and hygiene factors must be taken into consideration therefore in order to be eligible for a refund:

• The goods must be unused.
• The goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
• Items that are not in sealed packaging are non refundable and non exchangeable.
• The goods must be received back within 15 days from the day you received your order.

If an item is thought to be faulty, you can send it back to us for an exchange.

All goods will be inspected on return.

Please note that any refunds will not include the delivery charge.
