Your privacy matters to us

We understand that privacy is important. Every order is dispatched with your confidentiality in mind, from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives at your door.

Outer packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There are no logos, product names, or any indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel.

Billing & bank statement

The charge on your bank or card statement will appear as [SP: LIGHTSPEED LOVE]. If you have any questions about a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank.

Order confirmation & shipping notifications

All order confirmation and shipping notification emails are sent from us directly. The subject lines and email content do not reference the nature of our products.

At the point of delivery

Couriers handle our parcels in the same way as any other standard delivery. The parcel label will show your name and address alongside our sender details as described above — nothing else. If you have a safe-place or neighbour delivery instruction set with your chosen courier, this will be followed as normal.
